Chapter Picnic 18 JUL 09

All 6 cabins are gone.  As of this date there is only 1 RV site open.  The total number of RV sites are 20.  There are plenty of tent sites open.  Members, guest of Chapter 4/24 are required to coordinate the camping with the Ranch Trading Post Check-In, 1-800-289-4868.
Schedule of Events and Prices:
Contracted Meals = all cabin guest have the Saturday breakfast included in the cost of the cabin.  Those desiring breakfast, cost is $6.95 and we need this information the day before.
Saturday Dinner - Kids $8.95, meal is hot dogs, hamburgers.  Adults - $15.00, meal is steak or chicken and fixings to be determined.  Total number required 10 days out.  Dinner will start NTL 1400 hours at the Mess Hall, center of our activities.
Our Chapter Pig roast on Friday has been CANCELLED. However, if you are coming up on Friday night, bring something you want to burn and a side dish to share (and of course your favorite adult beverage) location will be outside the Trading Post/Check-In.
Shooting range is reserved from 0900 to 1600 hours on Saturday.  No drinking before or during firing.  Our chapter representative, POC, will be at the site all day to control and collect $15.00 per person.
Horse rides - $20.00 per person.  They can accommodate 10-12 at a time for 1 hour rides with 30 minute rest between rides.  We can turn in our initial requirements on that Friday.  So please let the Chapter POC Dennis Yost, know one week out.  We can adjust from this. Horse rides are very popular, so please provide us with your desires.
Hay ride - one scheduled at 1800 hours on Saturday, starting at he Hay Rack.  They will accommodate 12-15 people and this is free.

We will have the Para USA .45 ACP, Door Prize Raffle, 50/50 and Memebership Drawings.
